1974-2002

After retiring from 28 years of with the Kansas Highway Patrol in 2002, and moving to Arizona, David decided that he wanted to continue to serve his community.  After meeting  Kelly  at a Homeland Security training project and learning about Kelly's group, David quickly decided that "Find Me" was the perfect organization to lend his talents to.  "I find it very rewarding and fulfilling to work with such a wonderful group of volunteers".
